Individual Training

One-on-one speed and agility training is tailored to the specific demands of each athlete’s sport and position. A science-based approach using pre- and post-testing allows for individualized programming focused on acceleration, change of direction, and movement efficiency. Progress is objectively measured using laser timed testing, ensuring training is targeted, progressive, and directly transferable to on-field performance.

Summer Camp

Our 5-week summer Speed & Agility Camp is designed to help athletes improve acceleration, change of direction, and overall movement efficiency. Training is progressive and age-appropriate, focusing on proper mechanics and game-speed movement. Athletes build speed, confidence, and durability that carry into their season. Laser timed 40-yard dash, flying 10 yards, and 5-10-5 are taken Pre- and Post- Camp to track athlete progress. Athletes will receive a mobility and home exercise program to maximize results.

Team Sessions

Register your team today for summer sessions. Team speed and agility sessions build faster, more athletic teams through structured, high-intensity training. Athletes develop better acceleration, agility, and movement control that translate directly to game performance.
